Todd has over 30 years of experience across the industry, including leading university, rural, and urban fixed-route and paratransit services, as well as State DOT grant program management and government affairs initiatives. This enables him to identify and understand complex grant funding opportunities, support partners to create community-inclusive services, and secure grant funding for innovative projects. Todd participates in many national and state transit industry trade association committees and initiatives, including as Legislative Committee Co-Chairperson and former Board Member for the North Carolina Public Transportation Association.
