With over 20 years of experience in municipal government as a city planner, project manager, and public information officer, Brian has a wealth of experience in developing new programs and marketing them to the public that his agency serves. As a member of the City of Moorpark team, Brian manages the city’s Public Information and Legislative Affairs Division and played a key role in promoting the city’s MCT On Demand ridesharing program in 2022.
Courtney McDonald is the Manager of Business Services with Guelph Transit. She has almost 10 years of municipal transit experience, along with 10years of working in various customer service and financial positions at the City of Guelph. Courtney holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Guelph and an Executive Diploma in Municipal Administration from the Association of Municipal Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario. Courtney has a passion and commitment to enhancing the customer’s experience and is always seeking new opportunities.
Adeline has over 10 years of marketing experience, joining the RideCo team after working with an advertising agency and various international brands. As the Senior Marketing and Outreach Manager, Adeline assists clients to successfully execute marketing campaigns and promote their on-demand services to reach and exceed ridership goals. This involves building strategies and leveraging multi-channels such as paid ads, social, email, website, PR, community outreach, and more.
